My first of this "type" of underwear, I was really, really surprised at how comfortable it is.I'm borderline Small/Medium size, but I ordered this in Medium. The elastic waistband fits comfortably. The pouch just fits everything inside, but not if you get a little excited. I would think this would be better if it wasn't so high-waisted (ie low-rise = better). Just cause I'm being progressive and modern in my underwear doesn't mean I want to advertise with a very not-sexy guy-whale-tail!
